摘要

青岛地区很多工业企业向乡镇集中,乡镇污水处理厂同时接纳生活污水及工业废水较为普遍.该项目近期设计规模为3 000 m3/d,进水中约2/3为工业废水,其中含有大量难降解污染物的多元生物废水量为300 m3/d,而出水标准为准Ⅳ类(除TN外),多元生物废水采用臭氧预氧化单独处理后接入生化系统,生化段采用改良型AAO+AO工艺,TN去除全部在生物池实现,深度处理采用高效沉淀池+臭氧催化+砂滤+接触消毒工艺,项目投运后,CODCr、TN、TP去除率分别为96.38%、86.97%、98.70%,出水水质稳定达到设计标准,可为同类型污水处理厂设计提供参考.

Abstract

Many industrial enterprises are gathered in townships in Qingdao,so it is becoming more and more common for township waste water treatment plants(WWTPs)to accept both domestic waste water and industrial waste water.The recent design scale of the project is 3 000 m3/d,more than 2/3 of the influent water is industrial wastewater,the amount of multi-biology wastewater is 300 m3/d with a large number of non-biodegradable pollutant.While the effluent standard is quasi-Ⅳ standard(except TN),multi-biology wastewater is treated separately by pre-ozonation and then connected to biochemical system.The modified AAO+AO process is selected in the biochemical section.TN removal is achieved entirely in the biological pool,and high-efficiency sedimentation tank+ozone catalytic oxidation+sand filtration+contact disinfection process is used for the deep treatment,after the project is put into use.The removal rates of CODCr,TN and TP are 96.38%,86.97%and 98.70%respectively,the effluent quality can stably meet the design standards.This project can provide reference for the design of the same type of WWTPs.
