紫外消毒技术在水厂的应用及工程实例

与氯消毒、臭氧消毒等化学消毒相比,紫外线(ultraviolet,UV)消毒具有广谱灭菌、消毒接触时间短、不使用化学药剂、不会产生消毒副产物、便于实现自动化控制等优点。浙江某水厂供水能力为20万m3/d,工艺采用UV+次氯酸钠联合消毒工艺,充分利用UV消毒技术无消毒副产物的优势以及次氯酸钠消毒的持续消毒能力。工程应用中设定UV剂量为40。00 mJ/cm2,UV穿透率为90。00%,实际UV剂量为48。99 mJ/cm2。UV消毒后,菌落总数为未检出。补加氯量与常规投量相比下降约30%,UV消毒的应用可以在降低化学药剂投加成本的同时兼顾饮用水化学和生物安全性。工程的成功应用为相同类型的水厂消毒工艺的升级改造提供经验。
Application and Engineering Cases of UV Disinfection Technology in WTPs
Compared with chlorine disinfection,ozone disinfection and other chemical disinfection,ultraviolet(UV)disinfection has the advantages of broad-spectrum sterilization,short disinfection contact time,no chemicals,no disinfection by-products,and easy to achieve automatic control.A water treatment plant(WTP)in Zhejiang with a water supply capacity of 2x105 m3/d uses a combined UV and sodium hypochlorite disinfection process,making full use of the advantages of UV disinfection technology with no disinfection by-products and the continuous disinfection capability of sodium hypochlorite disinfection.The UV dose is set at 40.00 mJ/cm2,the UV penetration rate is 90.00%,and the actual UV dose is 48.99 mJ/cm2.After UV disinfection,the total number of colonies is not detected.The amount of supplemental chlorine dropped 30%compared to the conventional dosage.The application of UV disinfection can reduce the cost of chemical injection while taking into account the chemical and biological safety of drinking water.The successful application of this project provides experience for upgrading the disinfection process in the same type of WTPs.
