城市径流污染负荷估算方法研究进展与适宜性分析

摘要
降雨径流冲刷地表和排水系统,可携带多种污染物进入水体造成城市水环境非点源污染,因此,对地表径流污染负荷定量化分析是制定城市排水规划和污染阻控策略的重要理论基础.文中总结了国内外常用的 3 类地表径流污染负荷估算方法——浓度法、统计模型法和机理模型法,对其发展现状和在我国的应用适宜性进行了详细阐述,同时剖析了当前地表径流水质参数率定的待突破问题.最后,基于当前常用方法的不足之处,如资料依赖程度高、本土化程度低、水体污染风险评估不足等,围绕工程应用和国情发展两方面需求,对我国城市地表径流污染负荷估算方法的未来发展提出建议.
Abstract
After flowing through surface and drainage system,rainfall runoff with various pollutants can flow into urban water and result in the non-point source pollution.Quantitative analysis of surface runoff pollution is important for urban drainage planning and pollution control of surface water.Three estimation methods on urban surface runoff pollution load including concentration method,statistical method,and mechanism model method are summarized in this review.The principles and application suitability of the three methods are discussed in detail and the problem about water quality determination of runoff is analyzed.Based on the shortcomings of these methods,such as high data requirements,not adapted to China's national conditions,inaccurate assessment of water pollution risk,etc.,the future study of urban surface runoff pollution load is proposed,where engineering characteristics and China's national conditions should be carefully considered.
