光谱法应用于地表水体微藻检测技术的研究进展

微藻中含有蛋白质、脂类、多糖、色素等多种营养成分,被广泛应用于医药、食品、水产养殖、生物能源等领域,具有很高的商业价值。因此,针对地表水体微藻的生物学研究具有十分重要的应用价值。光谱法作为一种操作简单、快速高效的检测方式,常用于确定物质结构和化学成分,在生物样品检测中具有良好优势。文章介绍了紫外-可见光谱、荧光光谱、红外光谱、拉曼光谱4种分子光谱技术,特别介绍了光谱技术结合计量学分析方法在微藻研究领域的应用。研究综述了光谱技术在成分分析、分类鉴定、生长代谢监测和选育等与微藻相关领域的国内外应用研究进展。光谱法在微藻领域的应用还处于发展阶段,在此基础上,对光谱技术在藻类领域的应用进行了展望,为光谱技术在微藻领域的应用提供新的研究方向。
Research Progress on Application of Spectroscopy in Microalgae Determination Technology in Surface Water Bodies
Microalgae contain proteins,lipids,polysaccharides,pigments and other nutrients,which are widely used in medicine,food,aquaculture,bioenergy and other fields,with high commercial value.Therefore,the biological research on microalgae in surface water bodies has a very important application value.As a simple,fast and efficient detection method,spectroscopy is often used to determine the structure and chemical composition of substances,and has good advantages in the detection of biological samples.Four molecular spectroscopy techniques of ultraviolet-visible(UV-vis)spectroscopy,fluorescence spectroscopy,infrared spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy are introduced,especially the application of spectroscopic techniques combined with chemometrics analysis methods in the field of microalgae research.The research progress of spectroscopic technology in microalgae-related fields such as composition analysis,discrimination,metabolism,breeding relating to microalgal research is introduced and discussed in review of a variety of recent literature.The application of spectrometry in microalgal research is still in the development stage,and on this basis,the application of spectroscopy in microalgal research is prospected,providing new research directions for researchers.
