Integrated Operation Strategy of Drainage System in Zhuyuan Area Based on Data-Driven
The urban drainage system is called one of the"urban lifeline systems",and its dispatching decision directly affects the normal operation of urban life. The Zhuyuan area is one of the three major sewage areas in the central city of Shanghai. At present,it still adopts the dispatching and operation of"one line, one station and one plant".There are linkage constraints between facilities, serious information lag, poor coordination among them, and weak capacity to respond to sudden changes in traffic and facility failures. With the further improvement of drainage system facilities, the drainage system in the district will become more complex. It is difficult for the original dispatching mode to meet the operation requirements of different stages, which brings risks to the safety and stability of urban water system. In order to eliminate the hidden danger of water pollution in daily dispatching, the rule control method is adopted in this paper. The original system was subdivided into seven pump station group. The characteristics of water quantity in dry and rainy days were analyzed, and five operation modes were set up.Finally, the data-driven integrated operation strategy was established. The results show that the strategy can optimize the drainage transportation scheme and meet the needs of practical application.Through total amount control, the linkage and joint commissioning between drainage facilities can be realized to help"no overflow in dry days and less river discharge in rainy days".
