Construction of WWTP Evaluation System and Case Analysis of Evaluation for Pilot Project
In order to promote advanced management concepts and detailed evaluation criteria,and to promote the continuous progress of wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs)in detailed process control,equipment operation diagnosis,improvement of auto-control systems,enhancement of intelligence level,promotion of low-carbon and energy-saving measures,and strengthening of social responsibility.At the same time,in order to provide a more fair and objective evaluation of WWTPs,and to provide reference for higher-level supervisory departments to assess and evaluate WWTPs,a 4-layer 3-level evaluation system for WWTPs is constructed from eight aspects(design quality,process operation management,equipment and facility management,cost control,green and low-carbon level,intelligent level,social and environment benefits,and management and safety).To test the feasibility of the evaluation system for WWTPs,two pilot WWTPs A and B with different construction years,design scales,and hardware configurations are selected in Shenzhen for trial evaluation.The final evaluation result is a maturity level 3 for WWTP A,with a score of 76.37 points.The maturity level of WWTP B is level 2,with a score of 72.20 points.The evaluation system for WWTPs draws on advanced international operational management concepts,which can objectively and fairly reflect the operational management level of WWTPs.The evaluation results have a leading effect on the operational management level of WWTPs,and can urge them to move towards higher standards and international goals.
