高速纤维过滤器处理砂滤池反冲洗废水回用

高速纤维滤料过滤技术具有工艺改造简单、占地面积小、滤速高等特点,研究将高速纤维滤料过滤技术用于水厂砂滤池反冲洗废水回用前的处理工艺,考察高速纤维滤料对进水的处理效能以及过滤出水回用的可能性。试验结果表明:当滤速控制在35 m/h,高速纤维滤料对水中固体悬浮物、有机物、金属离子、微生物有较好的吸附和截留作用;试验期间进水浑浊度不稳定,但过滤出水浑浊度均保持在2。0 NTU以下;高速纤维过滤器对浑浊度、高锰酸盐指数(以O2计,CODMn)、铁、铝和三磷酸腺苷(ATP)水质指标都具有一定的去除效果,去除率分别为67。77%、23。69%、46。15%、42。63%和49。00%,满足回用标准。高速纤维过滤器通过物理过滤可以有效去除进水中大部分的细菌微生物,能有效降低回用水的生物风险。
Reuse of Sand Filter Backwash Waste water Treated by High Velocity Fiber Filter
High velocity fiber filter material filtration technology has characteristics of simple process transformation,small floor space,high filtration rate,etc.In this study,high velocity fiber filter material filtration technology was applied to the treatment process of sand filter backwash wastewater before reusing in water treatment plant(WTP).The treatment efficiency of high velocity fiber filter material fort influent and the possibility of reuse of filtered effluent were investigated.When the filtration velocity was controlled at 35 m/h,the experimental results showed that the high velocity fiber filter material had good adsorption and entrapment effect on suspended solids,organic matter,metal ions and microorganisms in water.During the test,the influent turbidity was unstable,but the filtered effluet turbidity was maintained below 2.0 NTU.It had a certain removal effect on water quality indices such as turbidity,CODMn,iron,aluminum,adenosine triphosphate(ATP).And the removal rates were 67.77%,23.69%,46.15%,42.63%and 49.00%,meeting the reuse standards.High-speed fiber filter can effectively remove most of the bacterial microorganisms in influent through physical filtration,which can effectively reduce the biological risk of reused water.
