高品质饮用水建设及运维中关键问题探讨

随着城市化进程的加快和居民生活水平的提高,人们对饮用水的品质和服务有了更高的要求。为了满足这一需求,一些城市开始探索高品质饮用水居民小区建设,实现从源头到龙头的全过程优质供水。文章以高品质饮用水居民小区建设和运维为核心,从水质标准、二次供水改造及运维等各个环节,介绍了居民小区建设的技术和管理措施。其中,重点分析了影响居民龙头水水质的关键问题,探讨了二次供水模式选择、水箱(池)改造、楼宇管材升级、智慧化泵房建设等建设方面的内容,以及水龄调控、水箱(池)清洗维护、设备运维、水质监测等运维方面的内容,旨在提升居民龙头水水质,保障居民饮用水安全和健康,以期为我国城市供水水平的提升提供借鉴和支持。
Discussion on Key Problems of High Quality Drinking Water Building and Management
With the acceleration of urbanization and the improvement of residents'living standards,people have higher requirements for the quality and service of drinking water.To meet this demand,some cities have started to explore the construction of high quality drinking water demonstration zones,achieving high quality water supply from source to tap.A high quality drinking water demonstration zone was taken as an example,and introduced the technical and management measures for the construction of the demonstration zone from various aspects such as water quality standards,secondary water supply transformation and operation and maintenance.Among them,the construction and operation and maintenance of the secondary water supply link,which was the key link affecting the water quality of residents'taps,were analyzed in detail.This paper discussed the construction aspects such as the selection of secondary water supply mode,the transformation of water tanks(pools),the upgrading of building pipes,and the construction of intelligent pump rooms,as well as the operation and maintenance aspects such as water age regulation,water tank cleaning and maintenance,equipment operation and maintenance,and water quality monitoring.The aim was to improve the water quality of residents'taps,ensure the safety and health of residents'drinking water,and provided reference and support for the improvement of residential water supply level at home.
