根据2023年最新发布的团体标准《上海市城镇污水处理厂温室气体排放核算指南》(T/SWARTA 001-2023)核算方法,以上海市42家城镇污水处理厂为研究对象,根据2022年各厂的生产活动数据,对核算范围内的温室气体排放量和排放强度进行分类汇总统计,并对处理区域、污水处理主体工艺以及污泥处理工艺和设施对城镇污水处理厂温室气体排放强度的影响因素进行描述性和方差分析。结果表明,按团体标准《上海市城镇污水处理厂温室气体排放核算指南》核算的2022年上海全市城镇污水处理厂生产活动过程中的温室气体排放总量约为2。3×106t CO2 eq,处理1 m3污水的全市城镇污水处理厂产生的温室气体排放强度为0。76 kg CO2 eq/m3,其中因城镇污泥处理设施碳排放量贡献为22。16%。通过单因素方差分析法,得出污水处理设施分布区域和工艺类型对污水处理温室气体排放强度不存在显著影响(P>0。05);而污泥处理设施分布区域和工艺类型对污泥处理温室气体排放强度存在显著性影响(P<0。05)。
Greenhouse Gas Emission Rules Analysis from Municipal WWTPs of Shanghai City
According to the accounting method of the newly released group standard Guidelines for Accounting Greenhouse Gas Emissions from Urban Sewage Treatment Plants in Shanghai(T/SWARTA 001-2023)in 2023,42 municipal wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs)in Shanghai were selected as the research objects.Based on the production activity data of each WWTP in 2022,the greenhouse gas emissions and emission intensities within the scope of accounting were categorized and summarized to compile statistics and the factors influencing the greenhouse gas emission intensities of municipal WWTP in terms of the treatment area,the main processes of wastewater treatment,as well as the sludge treatment process and facilities were subjected to descriptive and ANOVA analyses.The results showed that the total annual greenhouse gas emissions from urban WWTP in Shanghai during the production activities,calculated according to the group standard,was about 2.3 × 106 t CO2 eq,and the greenhouse gas emission intensity generated by the citywide municipal WWTPs that treated 1 m3 wastewater was 0.76 kg CO2 eq,with the contribution of carbon emissions from urban sludge treatment facilities being 22.16%.Through one-way ANOVA,it is concluded that the distribution area of wastewater treatment facilities and process type do not have a significant effect on the intensities of sewage treatment greenhouse gas emissions(P>0.05);while the distribution area of sludge treatment facilities and process type have a significant effect on the intensities of sludge treatment greenhouse gas emissions(P<0.05).
