Application of Regeneration and Utilization of Tail Water from WWTPs to Sludge Treatment Plants
The project adopts a combination process of"activated carbon filter+reverse osmosis"to achieve effective regeneration and utilization of the effluent of the WWTPs first class A critria, meeting the needs of miscellaneous water and industrial water in the sludge treatment plant. The engineering design scale is 560 tons/day,with a daily water consumption of 270 tons for miscellaneous water and 183.5 tons for industrial water. The practical operation results show that the average conductivity of the wastewater from the WWTP entering reverse osmosis is 1 167.6 μS/cm,the average conductivity of the reverse osmosis effluent is 24.4 μS/cm,with a stable desalination rate of over 97.5%,the total hardness of the effluent is less than 0.03 mmol/L,and the total alkalinity is less than 2 mmol/L,all of which meet the water quality standards requirements of The Reuse of Urban Recycling Watei—Water Quality Standard for Urban Miscellaneous Use(GB/T 18920-2020)and The Reuse of Urban Recycling Water—Water Quality Standard for Industuial Uses(GB/T 19923-2005).The cost of miscellaneous water and industrial water production is 0.34 yuan/ton and 1.67 yuan/ton,respectively.It is expected to save 165 500 tons of fresh tap water annually, achieving the dual goals of water conservation and cost reduction, significant carbon reduction benefits.
