摘要

为解决城市内涝积水问题,完善内涝系统化防治体系,以深圳市龙岗中心城为例,从全域角度研究分析内涝积水成因,并基于此构建"源头管控、管网提标、多元调蓄、洪涝共治"的城市雨水防涝体系.文章分别研究了源头径流管控、主干管通道完善和优化、蓝绿空间综合利用、河道分流等系统化方案的路径与方法、实施条件.与此同时,采用DHI MIKE模型开展实施效果评估分析,结果表明,在系统性措施共同作用下,预期内涝防治能取得显著成效,研究区域内内涝点积水深度均降低至15 cm以下,最高降幅达81%.研究可以为研究区域内后续内涝防治工程提供技术参考和指导.

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of urban waterlogging and improve the systematic management system,taking the waterlogging control of Longgang central city as an example,and proposed the implementation plan of"source control,pipe network upgrading,multielement storage and flood and waterlogging integration"based on the analysis of the causes of waterlogging.The paths,methods and applicable conditions of source runoff control,main pipelines optimization,blue-green space comprehensive utilization,river diversion were studied.At the same time,DHI MIKE model was used to evaluate the implementation effects,the results displayed,it achieved remarkable effects under comprehensive measures.Water depths of waterlogging points decreased to below 15 cm,with the highest decrease reaching 81%.The research can provide reference and guidance for following engineering construction.
