摘要

为减少水源保护与城市发展的矛盾,同时降低钱塘江盐水入侵对取水安全的威胁,杭州市启动了取水口上移工程.结合杭州市主城区水厂布局调整及千岛湖引水工程事故工况等因素,新建取水工程土建规模按远景300万m3/d考虑,近期设备安装规模为170万m3/d.根据本工程取水口涉水专题研究,取水口上移位置位于富春江石门沙南岸,现状萧山江东取水口上游约250 m处.通过综合比选,采用箱式取水头部,可有效保证取水安全,降低工程投资.根据取水头部和取水泵站两者位置,对引水管线路进行布置,通过水力计算确定采用2根DN3400钢管,全线采用顶管施工.为保障运行安全,设计考虑了引水管防淤积措施和取水头部防护警示设施.

Abstract

To mitigate the conflict between water resource protection and urban development,as well as to reduce the threat of saltwater intrusion into the Qiantang Riveron water intake security,Hangzhou has initiated the water intake relocation project.Considering factors such as the adjustment of waterworks layout in the main urban area of Hangzhou and accident conditions related to the Qiandao Lake water diversion project,the civil construction scale of the new water intake project is designed for a long-term capacity of 3 million m2/d,with an initial equipment installation scale of 1.7 million m3/d.According to the specialized research on the water intake of this project,the relocated water intake is situated on the south bank of Shimensha in the Fuchun River,approximately 250 m upstream from the current water intake of Xiaoshan Jiangdong.Through comprehensive selection,a box-type water intake head is chosen to effectively ensure water intake safety and reduce project investment.Considering the locations of both the water intake head and the water pumping station,the layout of the water diversion pipeline is arranged,with two DN3400 steel pipes selected based on hydraulic calculations.The entire pipeline is constructed by pipe jacking.To ensure operational safety,anti-sedimentation measures for the water diversion pipeline and protective warning facilities for the water intake head are considered in the design.
