山地滨河居住小区海绵化"微改造"设计实践——以南平市瑞玺苑为例

为助力实现"到2030年,城市建成区80%以上的面积达到海绵城市目标要求"的总体目标,研究针对山地滨河已建成居住小区提出了一种海绵化"微改造"的设计实践,以南平市瑞玺苑为例进行了详细介绍,并通过"源头+过程+末端"的技术路径,配合一系列简约适用的技术措施,实现了15。31 mm降雨不外排。其中,源头部分通过雨落管断接及雨水花园等技术措施消纳屋面雨水径流;过程和末端部分充分利用"山地滨河"的特点,通过管网改造,在排河口建设阶梯湿地管控场地雨水径流。海绵改造方案结合对场地部分低品质绿地进行改造,避免了大拆大改和路面破坏,最大限度地减少了对居民出行的影响,为同类型的海绵化改造项目提供了参考。
Designed Practice of Sponge Micro-Renovation for Mountainous Riverside Residential Community——Case of Ruixiyuan in Nanping City
In order to assist in achieving the overall goal of"by 2030,more than 80%of the urban built-up areas meet the requirements of the sponge city target",a kind of designing practice of sponge micro-renovation for built-up mountainous residential communities is proposed,and taking the Ruixiyuan in Nanping City as an example fordetailed introduction.Through the technical path of"source+process+end"and a series of concise and applicable technical measures,stormwater will not discharge under the rainfall of 15.31 mm.Among them,the source part absorbs roof rainwater runoff through technical measures such as rain leader disconnections and rain gardens;The process and end section capitalizes on the mountainous riverside characteristics and constructs staircase wetlands at rainwater outlet to control the surface rainwater runoff by rainwater pipeline network renovation.In combination with the transformation of some low-quality green land on the site,the sponge renovation plan avoids large-scale demolition and reconstruction,and minimizes the impact on residents'travel,which provides reference for similar sponge renovation projects.
