为更加节能合理地改善地下式污水处理厂的工艺环境又有助于精简管道及空间占位,甘肃省某地下式污水处理厂工程采用通风系统与除臭系统相结合的新设计方式。根据臭气来源主次之分,设计送风及臭气吸收点,实现区域不同负压等级,防止臭气外溢,其中包括对除臭风量的计算、送排风量的确定、换气次数的合理取值、气流组织形式的设计等,实现通风与除臭两套系统的相互配合,以保证地下各空间的环境舒适。通风系统还考虑特殊房间例如加药间等根据工艺反应过程产生特殊气体的气体特性,设置不同的高低位送排风,并选取相应的换气次数确定风量。配电室等设计气体灭火的房间,设置平时通风以及事故后通风。
Ventilation and Deodorization Design of an Underground WWTP in Gansu Province
In order to improve the process environment of underground WWTP,which is more energy saving and reasonable,and help to reduce the pipeline and space occupying,a new design method combining ventilation system and deodorization system is adopted in an underground WWTP project in Gansu Province.According to the main and secondary sources of odor,air supply and odor absorption points are designed to achieve different negative pressure levels in the region and prevent odor spillovers,including the calculation of deodorizing air volume,the determination of air supply and exhaust volume,the reasonable value of air exchange times,the design of air flow organization form,etc.,to achieve the coordination of ventilation and deodorizing two sets of systems,so as to ensure the comfortable environment of each underground space.The ventilation system also considers special rooms,such as dosing rooms,etc.,according to the gas characteristics of special gases produced in the process reaction,sets different high and low air supply and exhaust levels,and selects the corresponding number of air exchanges to determine the air volume.Ventilation is provided in rooms designed to extinguish gas fires,such as power distribution rooms,for normal ventilation and ventilation after accidents.
