地下式污水处理厂竖向设计要点及工程案例

随着城市发展,污水处理厂建设造成周边土地贬值问题愈发突出,地下式污水处理厂的出现很好地解决了用地邻避效应,有效提升周边土地价值。然而,水淹问题一直是地下式污水处理厂的最大风险点,做好竖向设计是解决水淹的关键途径。地下式污水处理厂的竖向设计包含箱体高度确定、厂区竖向设计和进出水管线、箱体管线及排水设计,目前已经有相应的国家和行业标准对其进行相关规定。文中结合四川省两座正在实施的地下式污水厂的竖向设计,通过对比分析其在箱体及厂区竖向设计、进水控流井设计和箱体管线及排水设计共3个方面的设计思路和采取的设计方案,对地下式污水处理厂的竖向设计要点进行针对性地论述,为地下式污水处理厂的竖向设计提供工程案例借鉴。
Key Points of Vertical Design and Engineering Examples of Underground WWTP
With urban development,the building of wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs)makes surrounding land depreciation obviously.The construction of underground WWTPs can solve these problems especially,including"not-in-my-backyard",enhancing surrounding environmental quality and land use value.However,flood risk is the maximum risk point of underground WWTPs.The key solution to solve the flooding is adopting accurate vertical design.The vertical design of underground WWTPs includes design of box height,vertical design of plant area,design of inlet pipe,outlet pipe,box pipes and drainage.There are many national standards and professional standards to standardize its design.Based on two underground WWTPs under construction in Sichuan,this paper has a targeted discussion on the key points of design thought and scheme in three aspects,including vertical design of underground WWTPs by analyzing design thinking and method contrastively of vertical design of box and plant area,inlet flow control well,box pipes and drainage.Overall,these two projects provide an engineering case reference for vertical design of underground WWTPs.
