Comparison of Sensory Evaluation and Key Indices of Drinking Water
In order to meet the safety of tap water and the demand for high-quality drinking water, the packaged drinking water and tap water were taken as the research objects, and the sensory evaluation methods of water quality were explored through a comparative study on the key indices of sensory perception(vision, smell and taste)of drinking water, and the sensory evaluation results and acceptability were calculated to obtain the comprehensive score of sensory evaluation. Finally, the sample sensory evaluation ranking was obtained.Through the detection of sensory evaluation and water quality indices of packaged drinking water and tap water, the key influencing indexes were screened, and the trend and sensory threshold concentration of specific substances such as magnesium, potassium, calcium, sulfate and residual chlorine that affect sensory evaluation of tap water were discussed. The test showed that potassium and calcium were positively correlated with sensory evaluation, while magnesium, sulfate and residual chlorine were negatively correlated with sensory evaluation. The experimental results provide data support for the subsequent improvement of the overall sensory evaluation of tap water.
