Optimization and Data Application of Water,Gas,and Mud Monitoring Schemes for Urban Drainage Systems
At present, the drainage management and operation department mainly focuses on meeting the emission standards of various pollutants when formulating the annual water, gas, and mud monitoring plan for the drainage system. They can only fulfill their regulatory responsibilities and fail to provide decisive technical basis for optimizing the operation of the drainage system itself. This article sorts out the situation of environmental pollution caused by urban drainage systems, and combines a series of cases and data argumentation to propose optimization suggestions for the monitoring plan of environmental impact of urban wastewater treatment plants, flood control pumping stations, and transportation pumping stations. It introduces the pollution source tracing and elimination methods that should be adopted after pollution occurs,as well as the detection of relevant characteristic factors. The idea of appropriately introducing occupational health and safety characteristic indicators monitoring while conducting environmental monitoring is proposed, and the practical application of monitoring results data and corresponding improvement measures that can be taken for the operation of drainage systems are discussed. The aim is to provide corresponding ideas and technical support for the drainage operation management department to fulfill regulatory responsibilities and improve the practical application value of monitoring work.
