摘要

上海N水厂深度处理改造工程设计规模为44万m3/d,采用O3-BAC深度处理工艺,根据工艺特性,结合工程建设及水厂运行情况,实施不停产深度处理工程改造.在深度处理改造工程施工及调试阶段,有效解决了对上海N水厂原出水管保护、新老管线碰接等工程难点,并统筹制定了单机调试、联动调试和满负荷调试方案.在实施过程中,通过加强对构筑物及管道的冲洗、投加CO2调控炭滤池反冲洗水pH等措施,保证了深度处理改造工程与现有生产系统的顺利衔接,并解决了排空阀降噪的问题,经调试后出厂水各项指标全面达到《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749-2022)和该地区地方水质标准要求.

Abstract

The design scale of the advanced treatment project of Shanghai N WTP is 440 000 m3/d.O3-BAC advanced treatment process is adopted.Considering the process characteristics and in conjunction with the engineering construction and operational conditions of the WTP,a non-stop deep treatment engineering renovation is implemented.During the construction and commissioning stage of the deep treatment transformation project,Shanghai N WTP effectively solve the engineering difficulties such as the protection of the original water discharge pipe and the collision and connection of new and old pipelines.It also formulates the plans for single machine commissioning,linkage commissioning and full load commissioning.In the implementation process,through strengthening the washing of structures and pipelines,adding CO2 to regulate the pH of backwashing water of carbon filter,it ensures the connection between the deep treatment transformation project and the existing production system,and solves the problem of noise reduction of drainage valves.After commissioning,all indices of the water leaving the factory have fully met the requirements of Standard for Drinking Water Quality(GB 5749-2022)and local water quality standards in this region.
