Research on Temperature Control of Electrical Equipment with Adaptive Fuzzy PID Controller
Temperature control can avoid failure due to high temperature of electrical equipment.In order to improve the accuracy of temperature control of electrical equipment,an adaptive fuzzy PID controller temperature control method of elec-trical equipment is studied.On the basis of adaptive fuzzy algorithm,the structure of PID controller is optimized.According to the principle of adaptive fuzzy processing,the relationship between the input and output of adaptive fuzzy PID controller is established.The temperature change and mean square error of electrical equipment are taken as the optimization objective to complete the parameter optimization of adaptive fuzzy PID controller.According to the average temperature in the operating environment of electrical equipment,the continuous time dynamic model of electrical equipment temperature was established.The optimized adaptive fuzzy PID controller parameters were adopted to obtain the output of electrical equipment temperature control,minimize the objective function of electrical equipment temperature control,and realize the temperature control of electrical equipment.The experimental results show that the method can increase the temperature control accuracy to more than 93%,and it has good cooling effect and temperature control effect on electrical equipment,which is feasible.
