基于NB-IoT的地下管网数据采集仪设计

针对地下管网的水质数据采集困难、监测方式落后等问题,设计了一种基于NB-IoT的数据采集仪.数据采集仪选用STM32L151RET6低功耗芯片和NB-IoT通信模块,利用MOS管控制外设电源的通断.在软件设计中微控制器采用定时休眠和中断唤醒的工作模式降低运行功耗.实验结果表明:数据采集仪运行稳定,数据传输符合HJ212-2017协议,在工作状态、接收状态和休眠状态时的平均工作电流分别为94 mA、9 mA和300 μA,一次充电使用时间约为134日,可应用于工厂排污管道和城市地下管网的实时监测.
Design of Underground Pipe Network Data Acquisition Instrument Based on NB-IoT
Aiming at the difficulties in water quality data collection and outdated monitoring methods of the underground pipe network,a data acquisition instrument based on NB-IoT is designed.The data acquisition instrument uses STM32L151RET6 low-power chip and NB-IoT communication module,uses MOS tube to control the on and off of peripher-al power supply.In software design,the microcontroller uses timed sleep and interrupt wake-up modes of operation to re-duce operating power consumption.The experimental results show that the data acquisition instrument runs stably,and the data transmission conforms to the HJ212-2017 protocol.The average working current in the working state,receiving state and dormant state are 94 mA,9 mA and 300 pA respectively.And the use time of one charge is about 134 days.It can be applied to real-time monitoring of factory sewage pipes and urban underground pipe networks.
