It is necessary to develop a personalized purchase decision system to help homebuyers quickly choose the housing they need.Define quantitative and qualitative purchasing indicators,and use web crawler technology to obtain hous-ing information;applying GIS and digital twin technology to assist decision-making;using a combination of fuzzy analytic hi-erarchy process and entropy weight method to determine the weights,and using the fuzzy TOPSIS decision-making method to optimize the purchase plan,buyers can select houses that meets their personalized needs.The development of a personal-ized home purchase system can effectively meet the needs of a large number of homebuyers,and case analysis has shown that it has good application value.
