摘要
从＂切尼报告＂入手,介绍了美军军官职业军事教育的发展历程,针对美军将联合军事教育延伸到生长军官初级培养阶段的发展趋势,结合我军实际提出了信息化条件下初步具备联合特征的初级指挥军官的素质要求及培养途径。
Abstract
The paper introduces the development process of the officers＇ professional military education of the US Army from Cheney＇s report,puts forward that the joint military education should extend to the primary cadets,gives the required skills and approaches of the cultivation of the primary cadets with the elementary joint characteristics under informationization.
