二炮部队铁路输送安全管理工作研究

摘要
铁路输送是二炮部队遂行机动作战任务的首选方式。分析二炮部队铁路输送安全管理工作的特点，梳理近年来的成功实践，研究提出确立部队铁路输送战略地位、适时组织铁路输送安全训练、建立精干安全保障骨干队伍、提升部队铁路输送组织效能的发展策略。
Abstract
Railway transportation is the preferred way of mobile operations for the Second Artillery Force. After analyzing the characteristics of railway transportation safety management and sorting out recent successful practice, this paper puts for- ward the development strategies to establish the strategic position of military railway transportation, organize the railway transportation safety training, build a capable safety guarantee force and improve efficiency of military railway transportation.
