To Accelerate the Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation In the New Normal
Taking the new normal of China's economic development as the breakthrough point, this paper analyzed the strategic significance of agricultural science and technology innovation, and pointed out that it should vigorously promote agricultural modernization, accelerate the transformation of agricultural development mode, and find out a agricultural modernization road with high efficiency, safe products, resource saving and friend-environment type, and put forward three specific implementation paths, including strengthening the construction of innovation system of agricultural science and technology, as well as the construction of agricultural scientific research institutes to improve the agricultural technology innovation ability, increasing agricultural science and technology personnel training efforts and stimulating the enthusiasm of agricultural science and technology innovation.
