针对现有不动产信息登记和制证过程中所流通的数据易被篡改、数据来源真实性难以核实、错误信息的追责途径不完善等问题,设计并实现一套基于区块链的不动产存证系统.利用智能合约和星际文件系统将不动产登记信息和制证信息锚定在区块链上,形成可追溯且不可篡改的记录.通过结合智能合约、数字签名等技术,为用户提供了反馈并申诉数据上链前失真的途径,也为政府机构提供了数据失真的证据留存和追责方法.系统的分析结果表明,该系统相对于现有的不动产存证应用,具有不可篡改、可信度高、可申诉等特点,为不动产数字化存证提供了新的思路和技术支持.
Real Estate Deposition System Based on Blockchain
Aiming at problems in current real estate information registration and certificate issuing,for instance,vulnerability to tampering during data circulation,difficulty in verifying the authenticity of data sources,inadequate avenues of recourse for mis-information and others,this study designs and implements a blockchain-based real estate deposition system.This system uses smart contracts and Inter Planetary File System to anchor real estate registration and certificate information on the blockchain,forming a traceable and tamper-proof record.Combing with technologies like smart contract and digital signature,this system also provides feedback and an approach to complain about distortion before data is uploaded to blockchain.Moreover,this system serves govern-ment agencies with a method for retaining evidence of data distortion and for pursuing accountability.The analysis of the system shows the system is tamper-proof,credible and appealable compared to current real estate deposition application,providing new ideas and technical support for the digital deposition of real estate.
