Research on Efficiency Control Technology of Printing Workshop Equipment Based on MES
For printing enterprises,an equipment efficiency evaluation system combined with OEE is proposed to realize re-al-time and specific reflection of the operating status of workshop equipment.In this paper,through the MES as the main technical means to convert a largeamount of paper information into data to achieve the printing workshop data collection andequipment analy-sis function,accurate management,the OEE is used as an evaluation index,applied to a company's workshop printing unit,accu-rate response to the problems of the equipmentoperating conditions and factors affecting the acceleration of information processing and feedback speed,the production process is optimized to achieve the purpose of controlling the costto improve the efficiency of the printing machine equipment,so that human control through the information system automation control more accurate and simple.Printing machine equipment efficiency is improved,so that human control through the information system automation control is more accurate and simple.
