Decision Method for Two-sided Matching Problem Between Employees and Positions with Uncertain Language Preference Information Based on Prospect Theory
Aiming at the subject's multiple types of language evaluation information,a method for two-sided matching prob-lem between employees and positions with uncertain language preference information based on prospect theory is proposed.First, the expected value of the decision-making body is used as the reference value, and then the actual perception value of the body is calculated relative to the reference point. Then according to the prospect theory, the prospect matrix of the decision-making subject is calculated, and on this basis,a two-sided matching decision-making model of personnel and post with the goal of maximizing the satisfaction of the decision-making subject is established. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the model are illustrated by an example of person-post matching.
