基于互联网+动态模型的粮食综合评价体系

论文将互联网平台与粮食系统跨界融合,构建了基于互联网+动态模型的粮食综合评价指标体系.该体系借助Hadoop进行大数据处理来源于联合国开发署网站的数据集,对可持续性、公平性、效率、盈利能力四个一级指标分别用不同算法进行评价;利用层次分析法计算综合评价得分;对一级指标的影响因素分别建立线性回归模型并判断显著性;通过动态模型建立常微分方程模型dx/dt=-k(x-A)并求特解,以改进和预测该体系更改回归模型变量的目标值后何时能实现.用该评价体系对中国和澳大利亚的粮食体系评估与结果可视化.结果表明,该优化后的评价体系能通过指标发展趋势分析出决定粮食安全的主要因素,得出总体评价且避免了总体水平掩盖个别指标的状况,且能利用互联网的特性动态更新数据集与模型结果.
Food Comprehensive Evaluation System Based on Internet Plus Dynamic Model
The Internet platform and the food system are interconnected and a comprehensive evaluation index system based on the Internet plus dynamic model is constructed.The system uses Hadoop to process big data,and uses different algorithms to evaluate the four first level indicators of sustainability,equity,efficiency and profitability.AHP is used to calculate the comprehen-sive evaluation score.Linear regression models are established for the influencing factors of the first level indicators and the signifi-cance is judged.In order to improve and predict the system when the target value of regression model variable can be changed,the ordinary differential equation model dx/dt=-k(x-A)is established by dynamic model and the special solution is obtained.It evalu-ates and visualizes the food system of China and Australia by the evaluation system.The results show that the optimized evaluation system can analyze the main factors that determine food security through the development trend of indicators,get the overall evalua-tion and avoid the situation that the overall level covers individual indicators,and can use the characteristics of the Internet to dy-namically update the data sets and model results.
