Analysis of Surface Information of Flue-cured Tobacco with Different Oil Grades Based on Touch
In the process of tobacco grading, the determination of the oil grade of flue-cured tobacco is very important. At present, the main grading method of flue-cured tobacco is still manual grading. This grading method is not efficient and fuzzy, and requires a high level of grading skills for the grading personnel. At this stage, there are also researches on the determination of flue-cured tobacco oil content using machine vision, hyperspectral and other technologies, but these methods are expensive and have high requirements for the detection environment. Therefore, this paper takes flue-cured tobacco with different oil grades as the analysis object, researches and designs a flue-cured tobacco surface tactile information collection device, and analyzes the influ-ence of different initial positive pressures and different sliding speeds on the tactile spectrum information of the front and back sides of flue-cured tobacco with different oil grades.Further use of touch and vision to classify flue-cured tobacco grades provides a refer-ence.
