随着日益增长的集中供热面积及智慧城市的建设,针对换热站目前存在自动化程度不高、远程采集信息困难、热网调节波动大等问题,开发了基于云平台的换热站远程监控系统.通过智能DTU网关与PLC连接,将数据采集到服务器中,通过服务器之间数据传递,使用VS开发客户端及WEB发布.针对换热站二次网温度波动大问题,设计了模糊自适应PID控制器,通过仿真满足二次网水温控制要求.通过模拟测试,系统功能完善满足构建智慧热网的需要.
Intelligent Heat Exchange Station Monitoring System
With the construction of smart city and the increasing area of central heating,aiming at the problems existing in the heat exchange station,such as low degree of automation,difficulty in remote information collection and large fluctuation of heat net-work regulation,a remote monitoring system of heat exchange station based on cloud platform is developed.It connects with PLC through intelligent DTU gateway,collects data to the server,transfers data between servers,and uses VS to develop client and web publishing.Aiming at the problem of large temperature fluctuation in the secondary network of heat exchange station,a fuzzy adap-tive PID controller is designed to meet the water temperature control requirements of the secondary network through simulation.Through the simulation test,the system function is perfect to meet the needs of building an intelligent heat supply network.
