Research and Design of Pressure Control of Non-invasive Ventilator Based on Double Structure Fuzzy PID
Non-invasive ventilator is a medical device that is widely used in respiratory medical products.Its pressure control is the foundation and core of the entire device,which is related to ventilation effect,comfort and even patient's breathing safety.This paper analyzes and studies the overall system of the non-invasive ventilator before the algorithm design of the control system.According to the motor performance of the ventilator system configuration,a dual-structure fuzzy PID control is designed under the condition that the exhalation and inhalation phase models are inconsistent.This design improves the stability of pressure control,solves the problem of uncontrollable expiratory pressure caused by the performance of the product's motor,and greatly improves the control effect and practical application of the ventilator product.
