Hardware Design of Acoustic Emission Signal Acquisition System Based on FPGA-PCIe
This article describes the hardware design of the acoustic emission data acquisition system with EP2C5Q208C8N,AD7621 and CH368 as the core,and mainly mentions the implementation principle of the system,the composition of hardware mod-ules and the corresponding circuit design.The overall working process of the module circuit is verified by Altera's Modelsim simula-tion.Finally,the GWINSTEK function generator is used to generate a sine wave with no DC bias amplitude of 4 Vpp and a frequen-cy of 200 kHz to verify the hardware indicators of the system.It is verified that the hardware indicators can meet the 16 bit resolution and 3MSPS sampling rate design requirements for acoustic emission signal acquisition.
