数字产品供应链的最优版权保护决策

随着互联网技术的进步以及数字产品的普及,数字产业得到了极速发展,同时数字盗版问题也愈发严重。针对数字产品市场中的盗版问题,构建单一供应商和单一零售商的供应链模型,研究供应商作为博弈领导者的最优版权保护决策。研究发现,当政府执法水平较小时,供应商需要制定较高的版权保护水平来限制盗版,并且版权保护水平与政府执法水平具有替代性关系,同时盗版的直接竞争或影子竞争的威胁可以部分缓解供应商和零售商之间的双重边际效应,从而让供应商和零售商实现双赢。然而当政府执法水平较高时,供应商会直接选择零版权保护策略,并且从中受益,而这会让零售商的利益受损,此时版权保护水平与政府执法水平并不存在替代关系。
Optimal Copyright Protection Decisions for the Digital Product Supply Chain
With the advancement of Internet technology and the popularity of digital products,the digital industry has devel-oped rapidly,while the digital piracy problem has become more and more serious.Aiming at the piracy problem in the digital prod-uct market,a supply chain model of a single supplier and a single retailer is constructed,and the optimal copyright protection deci-sion of the supplier as the game leader is studied.It is studied that when the level of government enforcement is low,supplier needs to set a higher level of copyright protection to limit piracy,and the level of copyright protection has a substitute relationship with the level of government enforcement.Meanwhile,the threat of direct competition or shadow competition of piracy can partially alleviate the double marginalization between supplier and retailer,so that both supplier and retailer can achieve a win-win situation.Howev-er,when the level of government enforcement is high,the supplier will directly choose the zero-copyright protection strategy and benefit from it,which will damage the interests of retailer.At this time,there is no substitute relationship between the level of copy-right protection and the level of government enforcement.
