高流量呼吸湿化仪的防干烧故障检测方法研究

高流量呼吸湿化仪(HiFent)较传统无创呼吸机相比,拥有更高的气体流量、温湿度可控等优点,从而能更好地进行气道管理.对于HiFent来说,设备需要持续不断地通过加热向气流供应水蒸气,一旦仪器发生缺水将导致患者呼吸输出气体湿化效果不佳,更有可能损坏仪器,因此对干烧故障的实时检测极为重要.论文提出了一种防干烧优化报警算法,基于治疗模式和气体流量的不同,建立了主被动检测算法,构建了多模型检测系统.实验结果表明,所提算法执行效率高、虚警率低,显示出良好的防干烧报警效果.
Research on Fault Detection Method of High Flow Respiratory Humidifier Against Dry Burning
Compared with the traditional non-invasive ventilator,HiFent has the advantages of higher gas flow and controlla-ble temperature and humidity,so as to better airway management.For HiFent,the equipment needs to continuously supply water va-por to the air stream through heating.Once the equipment is short of water,the humidification effect of the patient's breathing output gas will be poor,which is more likely to damage the instrument.Therefore,real-time detection of dry burning failure is extremely important.In this paper,an optimal alarm algorithm for dry burning prevention is proposed.Based on the difference of treatment mode and gas flow rate,active and passive detection algorithms are established,and a multi-model detection system is constructed.The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has high efficiency and low false alarm rate,and shows a good effect on dry burning.
