基于滑膜观测器的永磁同步电机控制研究

文章以船舶推进永磁同步电机((Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor,PMSM))为基础,提出了一种改进的滑模观测器,来优化PMSM调速系统控制。传统滑模观测器在反电动势估算时会产生相抖振问题,因此采用新的饱和函数作为开关函数,设计了自适应滑模增益,来提高观测器的稳定性。针对低通滤波器动作时,系统易发生相位延迟,设计了动态截止频率低通滤波器,并与Kalman滤波器结合进一步改善了系统性能。最后,结合Matlab模拟电机的控制系统,验证改良的无传感器控制系统估算的有效性及优越性。
Research on Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Control Based on Slip Film Observer
Based on the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)for ship propulsion,the paper proposes an improved sliding mode observer to optimize PMSM speed control system control.The traditional sliding mode observer will produce the corre-sponding chattering problem when the back EMF is estimated,the paper adopts the new saturation function as the switching func-tion,designs the adaptive sliding mode gain to improve the stability of the observer.In view of the low-pass filter action,the system is prone to phase delay,a dynamic cut-off frequency low-pass filter is designed,and combined with the Kalman filter to further im-prove the system performance.Finally,combined with the Matlab simulation of the motor control system,the effect and superiority of the improved sensorless control system are verified.
