Research on the Migration Characteristics of Rail Corrugation in Curved Section of Subway Based on Flexible Wheelset Model
To prevent wave wear from transferring from one rail to the other,a rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model of vehi-cle-track curve with flexible wheelset is established, the wheel-rail contact behavior of subway vehicles in curve section is repro-duced,the vibration response and wear power generated by wave grinding with different characteristic wavelengths of the inner rail of the curve are analyzed.Compared with the traditional multi-rigid-body model, the vehicle-track rigid-flexible coupling model can take wheelset bending, torsion and high frequency vibration into account. The simulation is carried out for the four working condi-tions with different wavelengths of 40 mm,80 mm,150 mm and 200 mm.The simulation results show that with the increase of wave-length,the phenomenon of wear migration is more likely to occur. For the short-wavelength rail corrugation,high-frequency wheel-rail impact is caused by one side but the wear is not easy to migrate to the other side. The vibration led by 80mm short-wave-length is small and wear migration is also not easy. When the wavelength increases to 150 mm and 200 mm,the wheel/rail force vi-bration of the outer rail begins to intensify. In condition of 150 mm,the longitudinal wheel/rail force oscillation of the outer rail in-creases obviously, and in condition of 200 mm,the oscillation amplitude of longitudinal and vertical wheel/rail force has ap-proached the inner side where the rail corrugation is located. At this time, the migration phenomenon of rail corrugation is likely to occur.
