单视角结构光在测量复杂物体时,常遇到因高度导致的阴影问题,从而在阴影区域产生许多噪声点相位,影响测量结果。因此论文提出基于多视图阴影分割的光栅三维重建方法。改进MobileViT作为骨干网络,配合论文提出的APSA解码器模块搭建多尺度自注意力分割网络,精确快速完成阴影区域分割。使用相移轮廓术法配合多频外差法,结合阴影掩膜,获取各视角绝对相位图;使用高斯函数处理重投影误差获得各视角权重,从而融合得到高精度结果相位图,并最终通过系统标定参数计算完整点云信息。实验结果表明,使用该方法进行测量,绝对精度达到0。04 mm,在有效解决遮挡阴影问题的同时,具有较高的精度水平与重建质量。
Research on Grating 3D Reconstruction Method Based on Multi-view Shadow Segmentation
Single view structured light often encounters shadow problems caused by height when measuring complex objects,resulting in many noise points in the shadow area and affecting the measurement results.Therefore,this article proposes a raster 3D reconstruction method based on multi view shadow segmentation.By using the improved MobileViT as the backbone network and combining it with the APSA decoder module proposed in this paper to build a multi-scale self attention segmentation network,it is possible to accurately and quickly complete shadow area segmentation.The paper uses phase-shifting profilometry combined with multi frequency heterodyne method,combined with shadow mask,to obtain absolute phase maps from various perspectives.By us-ing Gaussian functions to process reprojection errors and obtain weights for each viewpoint,high-precision phase maps are fused and the complete point cloud information is finally calculated through system calibration parameters.The experimental results show that using this method for measurement achieves an absolute accuracy of 0.04 millimeters,effectively solving the problem of occlu-sion shadows while maintaining a high level of accuracy and reconstruction quality.
