自巡航老年助浴椅的研发

为了失能失智老人能够安全到达洗浴地点、同时降低护工劳动强度,研发具有自动循迹功能的老年助浴椅。考虑防水、防撞和防滑需要,结合人体脊柱生理弯曲特点,设计满足老人乘坐舒适性的坐姿调节结构;采用单片机主控、磁条导引、电机差速驱动等功能模块搭建系统架构;采用铺地方式,铺设任意轨迹磁条;考虑浴椅偏差角度、左右轮速度等关键因素,建立浴椅循迹方向偏差实时校正模型;采用模糊PID控制算法,设计磁导航纠偏控制器,结合Matlab仿真,优化输出控制参数区间,实现浴椅对磁条轨迹的自跟踪巡航。实验结果表明,算法实现助浴椅相对磁条不同偏移状态的自动方向校正,误差精度2mm及以内,使浴椅和浴缸能够准确对接,有效避免护理人员的介入。
Research and Development of Self Cruising Elderly Bathing-assisted Wheelchair
The bathing-assisted wheelchair suitable for the elderly is designed to enable the elderly with disability and demen-tia to arrive at the bathing place safely and lower the intensity of nursing work.Taking account of waterproof,anti-collision and skid resistance and the characteristics of human spinal curvature,the bathing-assisted wheelchair is provided with the mechanical struc-ture for flexible sitting positions.The system structure is consisted of single chip computer,magnetic guidance,motor differential drive and other functional modules.The track magnetic strips are embedded and laid.Meanwhile,the bathing-assisted wheelchair with real-time rectification of deviation model is established in consideration of key factors such as bath chair deviation angle,inde-pendent wheels speed.Besides,fuzzy PID control algorithms are used and a simulation model is established in Matlab simulink,the adaptive cruise control of the bathing-assisted wheelchair to track the magnetic strips is achieved by optimizing output control pa-rameter interval and setting magnetic guidance for deviation model.It turns out that with the algorithms,the bathing-assisted wheel-chair can rectify automatically the different deviation with a 2 mm or minus margin of error,which enables the accurate embedded-ness between the bathing-assisted wheelchair and the bathtub as well as prevents the involvement of nursing personnel.
