Selection of Route Network Repair Strategy Under Local Epidemic Containment
In this paper,the route network repair strategy under local containment of epidemic situation is studied,the route network repair scene is set up,the areas where routes are suspended due to the epidemic and the route network repair path alterna-tives are determined,the route network factor assignment repair strategy(RAS)is proposed.The particle swarm optimization algo-rithm(ASPSO)is used to solve the problem so as to achieve the goal of minimizing repair cost.The analysis based on typical cases shows that the airline network factor assignment repair strategy combines the original topology repair strategy(OTRS)and topology adjustment repair strategy(TARS),which can not only avoid long-distance navigation,but also avoid the coordination costs caused by new routes.The route network repair cost is lower,the repair speed is higher,the route network operational efficiency is higher.It can achieve the goal of normal route operation under the minimum repair cost,and can provide decision-making basis for airline operations under the condition of local epidemic containment and similar scenarios.
