An Improved Histogram Equalization Image Enhancement Method
In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to extract the visual features effectively in the badly-lit environ-ment,an adaptive and improved Histogram equalization algorithm is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the image is transformed from RGB space to HSV space,and the luminance is adjusted adaptively according to the luminance information of the image.The experi-mental results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively improve the contrast,color and entropy of the image,and make the image more clear and bright.
