摘要

针对基于模糊综合评价的预警探测效能评估方法存在的主观性较强、难以定量评估等问题,论文提出了基于对比综合评价的预警探测效能评估方法.该方法通过选取主要能力指标,专家打分修正,利用不同机型之间的关系,以其中一种机型为参考建立基准评价向量,其他对比机型建立对比评价向量,提出了对比综合评价方法.最后以美军某两型预警机为例,对比分析机载预警雷达的探测效能,得到两型预警机预警探测能力评分.

Abstract

In view of the strong subjectivity of the early warning and detection efficiency evaluation method based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,this paper proposes an early warning and detection efficiency evaluation method based on comparative comprehensive evaluation.This method puts forward a comprehensive evaluation method by selecting the main ability index,scoring and correcting the experts,and establishing the benchmark evaluation vector with one model as the reference and the other compari-son models.Finally,taking a two type of early warning aircraft as an example,the detection efficiency of airborne early warning ra-dar is compared and analyzed,and the early warning detection capability score is obtained.
