基于边缘计算的舞台机械设备智能网关系统研究

针对多个剧院现场多种机械设备云平台监控的数据需求,提出一种基于边缘计算的远程数据传输系统研究方案。该方案基于微软。Net5。0框架设计,选取剧院现场常用的Modbus协议与西门子S7通讯协议作为数据输入方式,输入的数据经过边缘计算处理后,使用WebSocket协议上传至云端服务器,为舞台机械设备云监控提供实时数据支持。优先级分类的加入不仅满足了系统中紧急数据实时性的要求,也减轻了网络负担。经测试,系统具有可移植性良好、实时性高、数据传输稳定等特点,对工业领域等对数据实时性要求较高的需求场景数据传输系统设计具有一定的参考价值。
Research on Intelligent Gateway System of Stage Machinery Equipment Based on Edge Computing
Aiming at the data requirements of monitoring various mechanical equipment cloud platforms in multiple theaters,a research scheme of remote data transmission system based on edge computing is proposed.This plan is based on Microsoft design of Net5.0 framework,it selects Modbus protocol and Siemens S7 communication protocol commonly used in theater scenes as data in-put methods.After the input data is processed by edge computing,it is uploaded to the cloud server using WebSocket protocol to pro-vide real-time data support for stage machinery equipment cloud monitoring.The addition of priority classification not only meets the real-time requirements of emergency data in the system,but also reduces the network burden.After testing,the system has the characteristics of good portability,high real-time performance,and stable data transmission.It has certain reference value for the design of data transmission systems in industrial fields and other demand scenarios with high real-time data requirements.
