基于刀口法的激光远场发散角测量系统设计与应用

远场发散角是评估激光器综合性能的重要指标。根据聚焦透镜法测量发散角的原理,设计了一种高度集成的便携式大口径大能量激光器远场发散角测量系统。系统采用刀口法测量激光束腰直径,然后通过软件计算获取测量结果。实装测试表明,系统可以实现对激光远场发散角的精确测量,测量精度优于2%。
Design and Application of Laser Far-field Divergence Angle Measurement System Based on Knife-edge Method
Far-filed divergence angle is an important index to evaluate the comprehensive performance of laser.According to the principle of measuring divergence angle by focusing lens method,a highly integrated portable measurement system for far-field divergence angle of large aperture and high energy laser is designed.The system uses knife-edge method to measure the waist diame-ter of laser beam,and then obtains the measurement result directly by software.The practical test shows that the system can accu-rately measure the divergence angle of laser far-field,and the measurement accuracy is better than 2%.
