流程工业鲁棒性PID参数整定方法

针对流程工业单回路PID控制系统被控对象模型难以确立,控制器参数设定难以满足鲁棒性及快速性要求,以系统期望闭环传递函数的时间常数为基准,提出鲁棒性Top整定方法。首先,通过开环阶跃响应实验或者闭环阶跃响应实验得到系统的近似低阶模型;然后,利用鲁棒性指标Ms给出Top参数的参考调整区间,使用ITAE误差性能方法迭代计算默认Top参数,进而计算模型的PID控制器参数;最后,对积分对象做出了整定修正,对积分干扰消除余差。利用Top整定方法进行仿真实验及对现场实际回路调节验证了整定方法的有效性。
Robust PID Parameter Tuning Method for Process Industry
In view of the difficulty in establishing the controlled object model of the single loop PID control system in the pro-cess industry and the difficulty in setting the controller parameters to meet the requirements of robustness and rapidity,a robust Top tuning method is proposed based on the time constant of the expected closed-loop transfer function of the system.Firstly,the approx-imate low order model of the system is obtained through open-loop step response experiment or closed-loop step response experi-ment.Then,the reference adjustment interval of Top parameters is given by using the robustness index Ms,and the default Top parameters are iteratively calculated by ITAE error performance method,and then the PID controller parameters of the model are calculated.Finally,the adjustment correction is made to the integral object to eliminate the residual error of the integral interfer-ence.The effectiveness of the Top tuning method is verified by the simulation experiment and the field actual loop adjustment.
