为解决电子称数据显示过于频繁、无本地数据存储、以及无法脱机获取存储数据的问题,设计了一种迟滞触发机制的智能称重系统。将系统的前后项数值对比分析后,获得最贴近被测物体真实重量的数据,存储在本地存储模块,通过智能比较功能得到当前数值在近三次存储数据中的次序,并通过语音电路播放相应的提示信息。该方法显著减少了因数据波动带来的频繁显示问题,用户可随时获取已存储的数据并通过语音播报得知当前数值的次序信息。测试发现,使用该方法后数据波动幅度为原来的二分之一,波动频率和显示频率为原来的一半,从而大大提高了用户体验。
Design of Weighing System with Hysteresis Trigger Mechanism
In order to solve the problem of frequency of data display,no local data storage,and no offline access to stored da-ta,an intelligent weighing system with hysteresis trigger mechanism is designed.By comparing and analyzing the measured values of the system,the data is obtained that is closest to the real weight of the measured object,and stored in the local storage module.The order of the current values in the last three stored data is obtained,and the corresponding prompt information is played through the voice circuit.This method reduces the frequency of display significantly.Users can obtain the stored data at any time and get the or-der information of current values by display circuit.After using this method,the test results show that the data fluctuation amplitude is changed to half of the original,and the fluctuation frequency and display frequency are also changed to half of the original,user experience is greatly improved.
