Dynamic Lambert Projection Algorithm for Small and Medium Scale Electronic Map
Lambert projection is a common map projection algorithm in small and medium scale electronic maps, which plays a very important role in cartography.Like any other map projection, the Lambert projection is inevitably subject to distortion and er-ror.There will be no deformation after the projection on the standard latitude line, but there will be deformation in the rest parts, and the further the distance from the standard latitude line, the greater the deformation degree.Traditional electronic maps usually use static Lambert projection. When the user's focus area is far from the double standard latitude line, the map deformation is too large, which has a great influence on the electronic map.Aiming at this problem, this paper proposes a dynamic Lambert projection algorithm. In order to reduce the influence of Lambert projection deformation on small and medium scale electronic map,the projec-tion parameters are dynamically constructed and implemented in the area concerned by users.Experimental results show that com-pared with traditional methods, this method can effectively reduce the influence of Lambert projection deformation on small and me-dium scale electronic map.
