基于电学参数采集分析的混凝土凝结仿真系统研究

混凝土的早期水化性能,特别是凝结时间是其工程应用的重要指标,决定了混凝土的基本性能和应用范围,因此,对混凝土的凝结时间进行准确、实时测量有助于进一步控制混凝土质量,对土木工程建设的质量管控具有重要意义。该研究基于混凝土凝结电学参数-早期水化时间曲线方法,设计了混凝土凝结仿真系统,对混凝土早期水化反应进行在线监测。实验结果表明:该系统可采集混凝土凝结过程数据,仿真分析混凝土初凝、终凝时间等混凝土凝结关键数据点,监测混凝土凝结时间数据具有正确性、真实性和连续性,依托该系统,可以进行异常数据的分析判断,判断混凝土材料自身或材料配比是否达到预期,达到数据化分析和可视化监测的目的。
Research on Concrete Setting Simulation System Based on Electrical Parameter Acquisition and Analysis
The early hydration performance of concrete,especially the setting time,is an important index of its engineering application,which determines the basic performance and application scope of concrete.Therefore,accurate and real-time measure-ment of the setting time of concrete is helpful to further control the concrete quality and is of great significance to the quality control of civil engineering construction.Based on the method of concrete setting electrical parameters early hydration time curve,a con-crete setting simulation system is designed to monitor the early hydration reaction of concrete on-line.The experimental results show that the system can collect the data of concrete setting process,simulate and analyze the key data points of concrete setting such as initial setting time and final setting time of concrete,and monitor the correctness,authenticity and continuity of the data of concrete setting time.Relying on the system,it can analyze and judge the abnormal data and judge whether the concrete material itself or ma-terial ratio meets the expectation,the purpose of data analysis and visual monitoring is achieved.
