为建设可满足各级应急管理部门实际使用需求的应急指挥窄带无线通信专网,研制了应急指挥公专融合无线通信系统.采用 370 MHz警用数字集群(Police Digital Trunking,PDT)窄带集群、公网数字集群等技术体制,固定部署与移动部署相结合,依托运营商公共移动通信设施推进移动端应急业务使用、公专融合,实现全面覆盖的应急无线通信网络应用.重点阐述了应急指挥公专融合无线通信系统的系统架构、设计实现方案,论证了应急指挥公专融合无线通信系统应用于应急领域的可行性和可扩展性.
In order to build a private network of narrowband wireless communication for emergency command that can meet the actual usage needs of emergency management departments at all levels,the wireless communication system of public and private integration for emergency command is developed.With 370 MHz Police Digital Trunking(PDT)narrowband trunking,public network digital trunking and other technical systems used,the system combines fixed deployment and mobile deployment,and relies on the public mobile communication facilities of operators to promote the use of mobile emergency services,in order to achieve a comprehensive coverage of emergency wireless communication network application.At the same time,the system architecture and the design and implementation solution are emphasized,and the feasibility and scalability of the system applied in emergency field is also demonstrated.
