介绍了一种VUHF频段 1500 W超宽带功放的设计与实现,频率覆盖 30~520 MHz全频带.采用ADS软件大信号模型仿真的方法对功率管进行阻抗匹配,设计了VUHF频段 150 W末级模块;采用大功率传输线变压器和移相网络进行大功率分合路,同时完成 90°移相,提高功放整机的偶次/奇次谐波抑制,实现了VUHF频段 16 路大功率合成;采用数字仿真和结构优化相结合的方式进行液冷机箱设计,并使用Icepak软件设计了高效散热器,对机箱内模块的布局进行优化仿真;采用全面的控制保护电路,提高功放的稳定性和可靠性.
Design and Implementation of a VUHF Band 1500 W Ultra Wideband Amplifier
The design and implementation of a VUHF band 1500 W broadband power amplifier is introduced,covering the entire frequency band from 30 MHz to 520 MHz.By adopting ADS large signal model simulation method to match the impedance of power transistor,a VUHF band 150 W terminal module is designed;by using high power transmission line transformer and phase-shifting network to realize high power branching and combining circuit,90°phase shifting is completed and the even/odd harmonic suppression of power amplifier transmitter is improved,which can finally combine 16 channel high power signals in VUHF band;the liquid-cooled case is designed by combing digital simulation and structural optimization,and an efficient radiator is designed by using Icepak software to optimize the layout of modules in the cabinet.A comprehensive control and protection circuit is adopted to improve the stability and reliability of the power amplifier.
