Design and Implementation of Operation and Maintenance Service System for Chinese Scientists Museum
Intelligent museum is one of the main trends in the current development of museums.By using digital and networked means,the operation and maintenance management,public services,exhibition experience,and other aspects of museums are comprehensively improved.Taking the Chinese Scientists Museum as an example,the design and implementation process of the operation and maintenance service system in personnel management,ticketing management,parking management,and indoor positioning navigation are analyzed.By applying this system,the Chinese Scientists Museum has achieved delicacy management of people and vehicles entering and leaving the museum,improved the experience of visitors,innovated and expanded museum service models,and provided industry reference for the intelligent transformation of modern museums.
